Songu-Mbriwa, PhD
Dr. Sokoyama K. Songu-Mbriwa is a scholar-practitioner with over two decades of direct experience in the juvenile justice system. Her work bridges the gap between research and practice, equipping justice-involved youth programs, schools, and organizations with the tools they need to thrive.
Holding a doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she specializes in behavioral assessments, staff wellness, organizational development, and curriculum design. Her approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep commitment to systemic change.
